Order process

Step 1: Place your order one of three ways: submit the Google Form, visit us in store, or email us at nehatshirt@gmail.com.
Step 2: Printafill will send either a quote (for approval) or an order confirmation (ready to proceed) based on your order details.
Step 3: Approve or request changes to your quote/order. Request a call or email us at nehatshirt@gmail.com for changes.
Step 4: Full payment is required to proceed. A payment link will be provided or payment can be made in store.
Step 5: If applicable, review and approve your design/mockup, or request changes by declining. Approval counts as your final sign-off.
Step 6: Your order moves to production.
Step 7: You will receive a text and email from Printafill when your order is ready.
Step 8: Pick up your order within 1 week of the completion notification.

YOUR ORDER IS NOT READY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A TEXT AND EMAIL NOTIFICATION

Do not come in to pick up your order until you have received both a text and email confirmation from Printafill stating it is complete. If you arrive before receiving this notification, your order will not be ready.

Mockup & approval policy

Before your order is placed, please confirm your preference below. This determines how your order will be handled once submitted.

I understand my order will proceed directly to production based on the details I provide. I accept that no changes can be made once production has started.

I understand I will receive a design preview via Printafill to review and approve. I accept that my approval will serve as my final sign-off and no changes can be made after that point.

Production & changes policy

No changes can be made once your order is with production staff.
Print approvals sent via Printafill (by text) count as your final sign-off.
No changes are permitted after approval under any circumstances.

Pickup policy

Completed orders must be picked up within 1 week of the completion notification. Failure to do so may result in storage fees.
At the time of pickup, you are confirming that you have received and counted all items and that everything is correct.
Once you have left the premises, we are unable to accept claims that items are missing or incorrect. Please count and verify your order before leaving.

Refund policy

All orders are custom-made to your specifications. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been produced.

All order details, artwork, and mockups (where applicable) are reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins.
Refunds will not be issued for errors in customer-submitted artwork, sizing, spelling, or design choices that were approved.
If there is a production error on our part, please notify us at pickup and we will work to resolve it.
